Palfinger & Epsilon Cranes

Palfinger has a production of about 25,000 units per year and is a market leader in the world level of hydraulic load and personal installations. Already, for more than 75 years this Austrian company have delivered their own products, of car loading cranes to loading containers, wood and scrap cranes and entrance and hook lift systems. For the last few years Palfinger has also grown to be a market leader in the Netherlands.

Palfinger car loading cranes are available with lift motion of 0.7 up to 150 metre-tonnes in every application. For several applications there are special implementations available. Moreover, Palfinger is the producer of Epsilon wood and scrap cranes that are mainly used in the scrap industry and set in the forest. These cranes are available with lift motion from 6.5 to 25.3 metre-tonnes.

LAKO has been the dealer for 10 years for this Austrian producer.

In the meantime, LAKO has mounted nearly 100 cranes, from the lightest to the heaviest variety. With the heavier cranes the crane sub-frame gets completely integrated in the bodywork, to save on space and weight, which can also be delivered by LAKO.

LAKO also produces a wide variety of accessories enabling the vehicle with cranes to be transformed to an ideal piece of equipment for the vehicles towing/loading/lifting, but naturally also for the transporting of goods.

Apart from the cranes that can be supplied, LAKO can also maintain and supply other products from the Palfinger range, for example, the skip lifter and the hook lift systems. LAKO oversees the legal obligations concerning crane testing.
